The automatic capping machine is suitable for sealing disposable twist-off aluminum pilfer-proof caps onto bottle mouths. Output varies depending on the number of capping heads, ranging from 2,000 to 9,000 bottles/hour, for users to choose from.

The capping head components are all made of hardened standard stainless steel and operate on the principle of four-wheel balanced operation, ensuring uniform force distribution and good sealing quality.

The center column is adjustable for convenient height adjustment. A screw conveyor and clutch protection device are installed at the bottle infeed and outfeed star wheels. The machine automatically stops if a bottle jam occurs.

This machine is equipped with an automatic cap feeder and automatic cap sorter, and also features automatic cap placement, requiring no manual operation.
