PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Performance Features:
The automatic sealing machine is suitable for sealing one-piece twist-off aluminum pilfer-proof caps onto bottle mouths. Different numbers of capping heads provide different output capacities, ranging from 2000 to 9000 bottles/hour, for users to choose from.
The capping head components are all made of hardened standard stainless steel and operate on a four-wheel balancing principle, ensuring even force application and good sealing quality.
The center support column is adjustable for convenient height adjustment. A screw conveyor and clutch protection device are installed at the bottle infeed and outfeed star wheels. The machine stops automatically if a bottle jam occurs.
This machine is equipped with an automatic cap elevator and automatic cap sorter. It also features automatic cap dispensing, requiring no manual operation.
