Performance Features:

The automatic sealing machine is suitable for sealing one-piece twist-off aluminum pilfer-proof caps onto bottle mouths. Different numbers of capping heads provide different production capacities, ranging from 2,000 to 9,000 bottles per hour, for users to choose from.

The capping head components are all made of hardened standard stainless steel and adopt a four-roller balanced operating principle, ensuring even force application and good sealing quality.

The center post is adjustable for convenient height adjustment. Spiral conveyors and clutch protection devices are installed at the bottle infeed and outfeed star wheels. The machine automatically stops if bottles become jammed.

This machine is equipped with an automatic cap feeder and an automatic cap sorter. It also features automatic cap dropping, requiring no manual operation.
