The ZXG fully automatic linear filling machine is available in a small-pump small-volume filling version and a gravity-fed filling version. The small-pump type is mainly used for filling small volumes of enzyme oral liquid and bird's nest syrup products, including 30-50-100ml. The gravity-fed linear filling machine is suitable for filling non-viscous liquids in 500-5000ml containers; 5L-10L-20L containers are also available (customized according to customer requirements). It is compatible with a wide range of bottle types. This machine features a compact structure, simple operation, and a high degree of automation. This linear filling machine is a high-tech filling system integrating microcomputer PLC programmable control, Banner photoelectric sensors, and pneumatic actuation. Filling volume and the number of bottles to be filled can be set via the touchscreen for automatic filling, and the main operations of the equipment can be automatically completed through the touchscreen.

This model is suitable for filling edible liquids such as yogurt drinks, fruit milk, juice, soy sauce, vinegar, oils, baijiu, and mineral water, as well as pesticide and chemical liquids.

The pneumatic components and main electrical components are all imported.

Note: The capacity is calculated with the filling volume of 500ml/bottle. The capacity changes accordingly when the filling volume changes.
