The piston filling machine is suitable for: ① filling viscous liquids such as peanut oil, linseed oil, olive oil, walnut oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, yogurt, and pulp beverages; ② filling sauces such as sesame paste, peanut butter, ketchup, and chili sauce; ③ filling viscous daily chemical products such as laundry detergent, body wash, and shampoo.

The piston filling machine uses the rotation of a servo motor to drive the lead screw nut up and down. The lead screw nut drives the piston in the material cylinder in reciprocating motion. When the piston moves downward, the three-way valve is closed, and the material cylinder is connected to the material tank, allowing the material in the tank to flow into the cylinder. When the piston moves upward, the three-way valve is open, and the material cylinder is disconnected from the material tank. The piston presses the material into the discharge hose, which then enters the bottle to be filled through the filling nozzle, completing one filling cycle.

By replacing a small number of parts and making appropriate adjustments, the machine can fill glass and plastic bottles of different heights and diameters, offering high versatility and a wide range of applications.
