Analysis of the Performance Features of the Quantitative Filling Machine

  The quantitative filling machine is suitable for the quantitative filling of liquids such as alcoholic beverages and drinks. It is the latest-generation model independently developed by our company based on the digestion and absorption of foreign technologies. It adopts real-time tracking measurement and control technology to track and detect the liquid level in the electronic valve throughout the entire process, with real-time calculation, compensation, and control by the PLC.

  The electronic valve and liquid cylinder are designed as a closed liquid flow channel. The flow of liquid from the liquid cylinder to the electronic valve and then into the bottle is stable and gentle, without gas-liquid convection impact, thereby preventing the formation of bubbles. The filling nozzle is designed with a damped flow outlet and reverse sealing, reducing the impact force of the liquid entering the bottle and thus reducing bubble formation.

  It achieves a filling method featuring normal-pressure liquid feeding and negative-pressure defoaming. The liquid filled into the bottle is determined by the difference between the upper and lower liquid levels set according to the filling volume requirement, eliminating the effect of liquid adhering to the bottle wall, preventing errors caused by liquid level fluctuations, and reducing sensitivity to filling time.

  This filling machine offers high filling accuracy and speed, with no dripping or liquid choking.
