With the increasing variety of liquid filling machines available on the market today, selecting equipment each time has become a major challenge. Here, Xinghuo would like to offer everyone a piece of advice:
When selecting a liquid filling machine, attention should be paid to the following: the process range of a filling machine refers to its ability to adapt to different production requirements. The wider the process range, the more the equipment utilization can be improved, allowing one machine to serve multiple purposes—that is, the same equipment can fill various materials and specifications. Therefore, to meet the production requirements of multiple varieties and specifications in the wine and beverage industry, a liquid filling machine with the widest possible process range should be selected.
Of course, after selecting a suitable liquid filling machine, proper use becomes especially important. What users need is for the money spent to be proportional to the value obtained. Therefore, routine maintenance is essential knowledge for liquid filling machine users. Xinghuo provides 5 maintenance tips for liquid filling machines:
First, after using the liquid filling machine, when disassembling the piston for maintenance, also remove the fastening screws to avoid affecting the entire cleaning process. Promptly rinse residues from the piston and pipelines with clean water and keep them clean to ensure filling quality during the next use.
Second, as the cylinder has already been lubricated before leaving the factory, please do not open it or add additional lubricating oil. Keep the surface of the filling machine clean and hygienic, and disconnect the power supply when it is not in operation.
Third, inspect the fastening condition of all parts of the liquid filling machine before each startup. Keep the structure compact and the parts securely fixed to extend the service life; otherwise, the service life will be shortened.
Fourth, if any abnormal condition is found while the machine is operating, immediately disconnect the power supply. Continue use only after the abnormality has been corrected.
Fifth, when used in winter, if the temperature is below 0℃, hot water must be used to melt ice in the metering pump and pipelines. If it is not melted, the cylinder may break and become unusable, or the machine may fail to start.
